		<description><![CDATA[So true, non Italians definitely tend to drown the pasta in sauce (although I do love my sauce to be honest!), but I think that from now on I will always toss everything together first before serving. I only occasionally did it before. I like to have a big bowl on the table and then people can help themselves - avoids wastage as well as I do have a tendency to give guests too big a portion. At least if they serve themselves then they can take the size that they want to eat ;o)]]></description>
